These blog posts titled "What a BFF (Best Fertility Friend) Would Say" are a collection of random tips to give you strength and assurance as you try to get pregnant.  I hope they help!

With appreciation for inviting me on your journey,

Have Fun with This Simple Exercise!

Realize it or not, you are constantly manifesting. Whether it's something you want, that's a completely different story.

Because most people are unconscious of their thoughts, reality is something that happens TO them, rather than in partnership WITH them.

Reality can seem like an ill-fitting dress that's uncomfortable and sometimes hard to breathe in.

In the case of a dress, it's a simple matter of picking something more comfortable.

This actually is the case with your life as well where you choose to release discomfort and pick up a thought that feels better.

No one is telling you to feel angry, resentful, frustrated, impatient. You, and only you, choose to react that way. Those emotions are repellants to a baby. Would you want yourself as a mother like that? Of course not.

Instead, choose higher vibration feelings like love, happiness, patience, calm to magnetize your baby.

The solution is so simple that the ego rejects it and says there has to be more to do than just wishing for what you want.

No, manifestation can really be that simple and easy. It can be hard to trust that ease. We end up being resistant to life, seeking to make it more difficult than it needs to be.

As an exercise, I've had my clients work out their manifesting muscle.

You can do the same as well by asking the universe or your higher power to fulfill a wish. Start with something small and fun...something you have no emotional attachment to.

These are the rules:

  1. Be clear on what you're asking for. The universe is literal and has a perverse sense of humor so you really have to be clear about what you want.
  2. Verbalize or visualize your desire. This is the act of sending out your request. I'm not sure how the universe responds to demands so be neutral or nice when asking.
  3. Observe how it comes to you. That means you have to be very present in order to see the manifestation. People often write it off as coincidence. It's not. Out of all possible pieces of data that's available to us in the world, what is the likelihood that what you asked for presented itself? Yeah, I thought so.
  4. Receive it with gratitude.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 as desired to prove to yourself you can manifest easily.

If you can magnetize the small stuff, you can certainly manifest a baby!  The universe doesn't make a distinction between "big" and "small."

How to Release Negative Emotions

Feelings are fleeting. They pass quickly. In fact, according to neuroscientist Jill Bolte-Taylor, emotions last in the body and brain for 90 seconds. Only.

We usually feel how quickly positive emotions pass because we will often say how fast time goes by when we’re feeling happy. In fact, we want to hold on to time.

Negative feelings are just as transient. They seem longer because our sense of time is distorted in those moments - like when you’re sitting bored in a meeting watching the clock, as time drags by.

Also, with negative feelings we bring the entire history of when we felt those emotions along, one story after another so it becomes an entire chain of past events.

For example, do you feel let down when your period comes? You remember all those previous cycles that you felt disappointment so it’s years of disappointment you process over and over each time you feel the frustration of seeing your period. You are constantly dragged back into the past and recreating the stories.

Holding on to these emotions creates blocks to you getting pregnant because they literally take up space in your body. You can probably feel the stuckness of the emotion as a physical sensation, like the pit in your stomach or the ache in your heart that won’t go away.

To release these emotions, feel the emotion as they rise. Stay in the present and don’t go into the past to create a story around it. Relax. And release it just as if you were to pop a soap bubble as it floats by. That’s a visualization I recommend you use to help you release that emotion. And you keep doing this until it becomes a habit. Over time, you’ll realize that you feel lighter, more hopeful, and eventually create enough space to allow your baby to come.

What You Need to Find Your Solution

I know many of you, if not most of you, have doubts about whether or not you can get pregnant with your own child. If you’re doubting yourself, it’s because you’re picking up other people’s beliefs.

Know that you can only dream of what you are capable of having. So if your desire to have a baby is sincere and comes from deep within yourself and there’s a knowingness about it, it is within your capability to have your baby.

Stop comparing your journey to others. The reason why we compare ourselves to others is because we don’t feel good about ourselves, that something is lacking. And the comparison doesn’t make us feel any better. In fact, it usually makes us feel worse. So stop it!

Own your journey as one that’s unique to yourself. There is no one else like you. Copying & pasting what others do is usually not the best strategy.

Rather, let your intuition guide you to your next step. You don’t need to have the whole thing figured out. You just need the next step. And, I find, that most of you already know what the next step is. You’re just probably overanalyzing it. It doesn’t have to be anything big.

The point is to build momentum so that you can see your vision becoming more clear.

Clarity is critical to finding your solution.
